Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for and attending MICROCON 2026 (“the Event”). By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Event, you (“Attendee”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1.Registration and Tickets

• • All attendees must register and purchase a valid ticket to enter MICROCON 2026.
  • Tickets are personal and may not be resold or transferred without our consent (see Refund Policy and Ticket Transfers).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse registration at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

• • Ticket prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through authorized third-party services. We are not responsible for errors or fees from payment providers.
  • By completing the purchase, you agree to our Refund Policy.

3. Event Changes and Cancellation

• • We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format without prior notice.
  • In case of event cancellation, postponement, or significant change, our Refund Policy will apply.

4. Code of Conduct
MICROCON 2026 is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Attendees must not engage in:

• • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour.
  • Disruptive conduct during sessions or activities
  • Unauthorized commercial activity or solicitation

5. Media and Photography
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. We may use these materials for promotional purposes across our websites, social media, and other channels.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the event.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• • Attendance is at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property during the event.
  • While we aim to deliver high-quality content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or benefits from attending.

7. Intellectual Property
All event content (presentations, materials, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or sell event materials without prior written consent.

8. Privacy
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions).

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
